Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mystic ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Mystic is a marketplace platform that connects spiritual practitioners ("Readers") with clients seeking tarot readings, astrology consultations, and related services. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not a party to the services provided by Readers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Reader Terms

Readers on the Platform agree to:

• Provide services as described in their listings
• Maintain professional conduct in all client interactions
• Not make medical, legal, or financial claims or guarantees
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept the platform fee structure as communicated during onboarding

5. Bookings and Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Clients are charged at the time of booking.
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of each Reader.
• Mystic charges a platform fee on each transaction as disclosed to Readers.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee at the Reader's discretion. No-shows by clients are not refundable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Circumvent the Platform's payment system
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

8. Content and Reviews

Users may post reviews of services received. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, contain offensive content, or are fraudulent. Flagged reviews are subject to moderation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mystic is a platform provider and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by Readers. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of services booked through the Platform. Readers are independent service providers, not employees of Mystic.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time through Account Settings, subject to a 30-day grace period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
